Testing & Transition Weeks at-a-glance

Team Derive!

The next two weeks will be used for the following reasons:
1) to establish, refresh, and/or test* numbers for specific movements
2) for us to transition into the next cycle (starting September 5th) and get a feel to see where we are with certain stimuli and movement modalities.

Make sure to keep detailed notes and records for future use!

*Although these are test weeks, we cannot help but emphasize the importance of not allowing your 1-RM or workout output to define you. You emotions and attitude should not be controlled by how you perform, but rather the effort you give. Those of you that attended our Mental Fortitude seminar know exactly what I am talking about. In essence, if I am not disappointed in you, you shouldn't be. Full effort is full victory.
